Notifications do not come even when explicitly turned on, order is canceled or not accepted but you are not informed about it. Loyalty points get taken off but there is no discount in the order. Scanning QR codes no longer works

This app is full of bugs and glitches but the worst thing is that there is no support.
I tried to reach someone, anyone from this app but there was no response.
