I went to use it to translate something from Greek in to English, something the app claims it do, it would allow me to enter the information but then when pressing send nothing happened. I then tried logging in through Apple, same results…for both Greek to English and English to Greek. Then I see there is an update, so I update the app and try again. I get a pop up stating the app no longer supports free members. The whole app was free when I bought it, and was not a lite version, so this is bait and switch and I will be alerting Apple. ### 1/5 — Why it is paid *2026-07-13* First it is free when all peaple download change to paid ### 1/5 — It says “ page site translated “ but it’s not. Elle est tout simplement parfaite : les traductions sont excellentes, l’app est réactive et peut être définie comme app de traduction par défaut dans les réglages. Je dirais qu’il ne lui manque que le design Liquid Glass pour être vraiment bien intégrée. ### 5/5 — Best language learning tool ever *2026-05-02* Kagi team, I love your projects so much! While using your translator, I’ve got an idea of how to improve your app in the dictionary section. In my opinion, if you add a visualisation of at least some words in pictures from the web (maybe ai will search for them and add some random ones), this would be a great addition for the people, who want to acquire the language, to absorb the words from the context without translating them. Those are just my thoughts. Interesting to see what you think! I hope people with switch to your app, which doesn’t collect our data, from google translate.
