Despite this, I never received access to the product. I contacted support within minutes of purchase. Seven days later, I still have no access. Support responses (when they exist at all) are slow, generic, and unhelpful — asking me to “restore purchases” repeatedly, despite clear evidence that the purchase exists and the app simply does not grant access. I have provided the invoice, followed all instructions, and made it clear I want access to the product I paid for, not a refund. Nothing has been resolved. Tickets are closed without confirmation, and follow-ups go unanswered. This is basic entitlement & permissioning failure, handled poorly. Selling a product, taking payment, and then failing to deliver access — with no meaningful support — is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone considering a purchase until Kahoot fixes both their billing system and customer support. **Developer response:** Hi there! 😊 Could you please share your ticket number with us? But now, the newer DragonBox apps were free to get but has in app purchases up to 30 dollars at the minimum!😩 Please fix this so that all of the DragonBox apps are free to download and no in app purchases.
