Terrible
Update: It’s gotten even worse. This software is no good for people in the field. Now you have to do a multi verification process which slows down our production to a crawl. I fill out approximately 12 reports a day using this software and on busy days, up to 25. It makes me go through this dual verification process 25 times on days like that and takes up to 15 minutes every time to receive the security code. It often times gets hung up on the “sign in started” screen and you have to request another code. Also, if you have to use this program over 10 minutes at a time then it slows down to a crawl and basically unusable and you have to log out and log back in again. Who created this program, one of your interns?
