*2025-06-30, version 2.0.25*

I topped up RM300 via Maybank (using FPX through ManagePay), but the credit never showed up in my KASH app—even though the payment went through successfully. There was no instant update or confirmation, which left me confused and worried.

Worse, my account got temporarily restricted, and I had to provide extra personal information and a bank receipt just to verify a simple top-up. The process took unnecessary time and effort for something that should’ve been seamless and automated.

This experience really affects trust in the app’s reliability. The top-up function needs serious improvement—especially in syncing payments and providing real-time credit updates.

I hope future updates fix this issue, because the concept of the app is good, but right now the execution is disappointing.
