There was no instant update or confirmation, which left me confused and worried. Worse, my account got temporarily restricted, and I had to provide extra personal information and a bank receipt just to verify a simple top-up. The process took unnecessary time and effort for something that should’ve been seamless and automated. This experience really affects trust in the app’s reliability. The top-up function needs serious improvement—especially in syncing payments and providing real-time credit updates.
