Read your levels from a photo
Photograph the instrument display instead of typing each level. Kai
fills them in for you to check before saving. 

A members directory
More now has a Members section, so you can look up who is in the group
without leaving the app.

What's New in 2.1.2

Garmin Pilot flight logs
Kai now reads GPX track files, so a flight can come straight from Garmin Pilot as well as SkyDemon and ForeFlight. Tap share in your flight app, choose Kai, and the usage log opens with block out, takeoff, landing, block in and both airports already filled in. You add the meter readings and save.

Dark theme fixes
A number of screens were hard to read in the dark theme, among them flight log import, creating and editing bookings, message threads, issue details, support tickets and the setup wizard. They now follow the theme you picked.

Plus the usual round of fixes and refinements.

You can now reset your password from the app. Tap Forgot password on
the sign in screen, enter your email, and we will send you a link to
choose a new one.

Reset links now open the page where you set your new password, instead
of leaving you on the Kai home page. If a link has already been used or
has expired, you are told so and can ask for a fresh one.

### 2.1.0 — 2026-07-28

Balances now show the full picture. Expenses you paid out of pocket
appear as credit on My Balance, and invoices break down into gross,
reimbursement offset and what is left to pay.

Invite links from kai-sharing.com open straight in the app, and you
can now create your own group without leaving Kai.

Also: read-only notice when a trial ends, a clearer demo mode,
sharper asset photos, and more reliable payment QR codes.

What's New in 2.0.9

- Complete your billing details right in your profile: address and IBAN for reimbursements, plus private or business billing info that shows up on your invoices. A quick setup checklist helps you fill in anything that's missing.
- Owners and admins can now log flights flown on behalf of the group (introduction, ferry, or maintenance) and choose who pays: a member, the group, or an outside guest.
- Flight logging now flags airport codes it doesn't recognize, so typos are easier to catch.
- Performance improvements and bug fixes.
