Why do you keep amount paid with coupon to my wallet !!? You should transfer it to my bank account. I know you use it to get your fees. But that’s like force to work strategy.  That’s unfair. I want the amount in my wallet but can’t have it.

i am kiaan driver i work this application after 1 month today i open app but there is problum when i log in ap show me notification your acount suspend but i dont know why suspend my acount and not notify me my wallet is 370 riyals how i refund my money i like to work with this app but i dont have any help line reply and i am affraid too much pls open my acount and help me for refund my money

Kaiian increase the percentage for driver but price is same old for customer i work yesterday i eran 69 riyal and consume gasoline more than 50 no profit for driver... bye bye kaiin i don't have own gasoline station i can't afford kaiin anymore

Don't Waste your time and energy driving your car in Kaiian. They are cheater. They said once your wallet amount reaches 200 riyals then you can request for transfer but in reality they will answer of your massages once you reach that amount. And there is no sort of communication with them even if you will send mail to them there will only one reply for all your mails ' please contact us through our unifiied whatsapp no'.

They are liars. I don't know how they even operate in saudi Arabia. They should be banned.

Dear App Developers,
Please add the feature for driver to view ride fair before the start of ride like other apps.

And please reconsider the ride fairs as many times customer request to go extra location or long wait or extreme traffic location but driver does not get any extra income for this service which is not fair.

اقسم بالله ياما تشلفت في تطبيقات ثانيه وياما ويامر بس اسوئ من هذا التطبيق ماشافت عيني يعني اهمم شيي وهو تحويل الارباح للكبتن يطول لين يجيك والتطبيق الاجنبي في ثانيه توصلك ثانيا صعوبه الطلب عشان تاخذ ارباحك ذي لحالها حرفيا كل شي يخص الارباح سيئ فوق التأخير والصعوبه ياخذون ٥ريال عشانهم مسكتينك انهم اقل نسبه و٥ريال لازم تجلس في التطبيق حتى لو طلبت تحويل ولازم توصل ٦٠ريال وفوق واشياء كثير لو اكتب بكتب جريده

ارجو ايجاد طريقة لتحويل مبلغ الرحلة التي يكون حسابها على الفيزا او التطبيق الى حساب السائق مباشرة بعد انتهاء للرحلة كما هو معمول به في تطبيق مرسول لأن السائق يوجد لديه مصاريف بنزين وصيانة للسيارة وقد تحول في اوقات لا يكون السائق بحاجتها او بعد ما يصل المبلغ الى ٢٠٠ ريال وفي بعض الاحيان لا يوجد لدي حتى قيمة البنزين واوصل مشوار بقيمة ٥٠ ريال وتروح للتطبيق وانا في حاجتها مباشرة للتزود باابنزين فارجو ايجاد طريق للتحويل المباشر بعد انتهاء الرحلة للحساب البنكي وشكرا لكم

Because passengers know easily car categories. So if the driver have vip car so they receive only the first option order.
No 2 . The car category show only in Arabic so kindly Chang these categories into English because many foreigners know only English 
No 3 . Always advertise your App on social platforms like TikTok facebook instagram snapchat twitter or X etc to get more passengers
