Every once in a while (especially when you need access to your account) you won’t be able to log in. We had to wait a week before we even had a response. No log in on website or app. KaiPerm app and banking system is just like to kaisers executives. Crooked! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2025-09-21* The app is horrible. The app is very clunky and very limited. They must be the only bank around that does not offer this standard banking app feature these days. Other small credit unions offer mobile deposits on their app. To make matters worse the app says “try again later” at least every other time I try to use it. Worst banking app I have ever tried.
