## What is KAIRO Driver?

KAIRO Driver is the companion app for professional chauffeurs and private-hire drivers whose operator runs on KAIRO. Sign in with the driver credentials issued by your operator and your working day is laid out clearly:

• Today's jobs at a glance — pickup time, passenger, route, vehicle class and flight details
• One-tap navigation to pickup and drop-off
• Update each job as it happens — en route, arrived, on board, completed
• Meet & greet name boards and special instructions kept front and centre
• Capture proof of completion and submit expense receipts from your phone
• Share your live location with dispatch during active jobs so the office and passengers know where you are

KAIRO Driver is for drivers invited by their operator — you'll need a driver login to sign in. It is not a public booking app.

KAIRO is a dispatch platform for professional chauffeur and private-hire operators.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.8 — 2026-09-01

The Lock Screen Live Activity is rebuilt and now leads with the job rather than the booking reference.

The name board zooms like a photo: pinch, drag and double-tap.

Call and WhatsApp buttons use the first reachable number, and are disabled when there isn't one.

Action labels stay on one line at larger text sizes.

### 1.0.7 — 2026-08-28

Your live job now sits on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island: pickup, next stop, waiting clock and your shift, without opening the app.

Also in this update:
- Flight tracking on airport jobs, with airport waiting counted from the actual landing
- Home says which day the next job is on and closes today first
- Vehicle class matching and driver document uploads
- Fixes to the live-job flow reported by drivers

### 1.0.4 — 2026-08-15

Hourly (as-directed) hires now show the full picture: live hire clock with due-back time, extra time captured at completion, and stops you can log on the move.

Also in this update:
- Clearer completion sheet with waiting time, extras and proof-of-delivery photo retry
- Passenger no-show can be recorded when a passenger never appears
- Name board improvements, including landscape layout fixes
- Honest offline handling: pending updates are shown and sync automatically when signal returns
- Receipt scanning fixed, plus many small fixes across jobs, stats, login and invite codes

### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-06

Refreshed our App Store screenshots to better show the driver experience — your day at a glance, live navigation, the built-in meet & greet name board, full job briefs, and earnings. No functional changes in this release.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-06-26

No release notes.
