## What is Kairoscope?

Kairoscope is a visual day planner that turns your time into a colorful clock you can read in a second. See where your hours actually go, plan without staring at a list, and stay in tune with your energy.

WHY A CLOCK, NOT A LIST
A calendar hands you rows to decode. Kairoscope draws the same schedule as a ring of colored arcs, so one glance tells you what is happening now, what is next, and where you are genuinely free.

PLAN VISUALLY
• See everything as a 12- or 24-hour clock, so an overloaded morning is obvious before you live it
• Color-code events into categories and watch where your time really goes
• Drag on the ring to create and move events, faster than filling in a form
• Repeats, preparation buffers and free-slot suggestions keep the plan honest

CAPTURE IT BEFORE IT IS GONE
• Add events by typing or by voice in seconds
• Turn a stream of thoughts into scheduled tasks, so nothing stays stuck in your head
• Photograph a timetable and Kairoscope reads it for you (Premium)
• Park untimed tasks in a backlog until they are ready to land

ARRIVE WITHOUT THE PANIC
• Reminders before something starts or ends, so nothing sneaks up on you
• Departure suggestions tell you when to leave to be on time
• Quiet hours keep your evenings yours

PROTECT YOUR ENERGY
• Give events a cost in spoons and set a budget you can actually afford
• Name how you feel in two taps: pick a corner of the square, refine only if you want to
• Learn across weeks what lifts you and what drains you

SEE THE BIG PICTURE
• Time by category, by date, by week
• Workload, trends and a heatmap show the patterns you cannot feel from inside
• Sleep insights when the data is there

SHARE WITHOUT THE BACK-AND-FORTH
• Share plans with family and friends
• View-only or full collaboration, your call
• Find a slot that works for everyone in one step

CONNECT
• Import Google and Microsoft calendars (read-only)

MAKE IT YOURS
• Light, dark and colorful themes
• 12/24-hour time, Ukrainian and English
• Readability mode and a dyslexia-friendly font
• Templates for the routines you repeat

PRIVACY FIRST
Your mood journal stays on your device. You choose what to share, and you can export or delete everything whenever you want.

EVIDENCE, NOT CLAIMS
An in-app Evidence section shows the research each feature rests on, with links — and says plainly where that evidence stops.

KAIROSCOPE PREMIUM
The essentials are free. Premium unlocks every AI tool and advanced collaboration.

Plan your time. Protect your energy. Kairoscope.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-24

A month, or a year, as one ring

The fourth icon in the dial switcher draws a whole month — or a whole year — as a single circle. One ray per day, its length the share of your active window that is committed, its colour whichever event colour covered most of that day. The year is divided by its real days, so February is narrower than March and a leap year is one ray wider.

DAYLIGHT
The hours between sunset and sunrise are softly shaded right on the 24-hour ring, with a thin mark at each horizon. Its own switch, off by default, 24-hour dial only. When the forecast gave no sunrise or sunset, nothing is drawn: a day we were not told about is not the same as a day without a night.

ROUTINES, ONE STEP AT A TIME
A checklist can be walked one item at a time, each with its own timer and its own voice. And when starting is the hard part, "Break into steps" proposes three to seven steps with a length each. A proposal, not an order: you choose how many, and they are added to the list you already have rather than replacing it.

YOUR PHONE'S CALENDARS
The device's own calendars can be drawn faintly on the dial. They are read on the device and never uploaded — the server does not see them. Offered before you even sign up, so the first dial is not empty.

A ROUTINE AS A WEB PAGE
A saved routine opens as a link in any browser, with its steps, its lengths and its ring. If you want, it can be submitted to the public directory; until then only someone with the link can read it, and search engines are told to skip it. Withdrawing from the directory is instant and needs nobody's permission.

A DAY, A MONTH OR A YEAR AS ONE PICTURE
The ring saves as an image, with three numbers under it: hours, events, and the percentage of your active window. Event titles never leave the device this way.

MEDS × ENERGY
A long press on the pill badge shows how many heavy minutes today, and how many of them fall inside the effect window you described yourself. An observation, never a prescription: it moves nothing and scores no day.

CYCLE AND ENERGY BUDGET
The cycle week can be shaded on the calendar, and what it costs is yours to decide, not the app's.

CALMER NOTIFICATIONS
Low-pressure mode now reaches notifications too: an offer instead of a task, with no "should" and no "must". The same trip gave every notification four languages instead of two. The mode changes HOW something is said and never whether it is sent — that is still quiet hours and your notification settings.

PIN
The local PIN now covers the cycle screen as well, not only the emotion diary.

SMALLER THINGS
• A new event is three fields again: what, when, how long
• The share button now looks like the platform's own
• The water and meal rows line up with the rest of the column

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-11

MEAL REMINDERS

A slot for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack — at an exact time or, if you pick "window", in the first free gap of twenty minutes or more between meetings. On a day that has no such gap the reminder says so instead of inventing a slot. You can answer straight from the notification, without opening the app. We never ask what you ate and we count no calories: the marks live for a week and then go, and there is no streak.

DRINKING REMINDERS

Set your usual amount for a day — and when it is hot the goal rises with the feels-like temperature, with the app telling you by how much and why. The number of nudges IS the goal: one glass per nudge and you are there, with no separate target to fall short of. How much you drank is counted by your own phone; that number never reaches us. Nothing red, no telling-off.

HELPER

Let someone you trust — a partner, a parent, a colleague — see your day and suggest events for it. A suggestion is not an event until you say so. A helper sees exactly enough to schedule around you: title, time, category. Not how you are doing with any of it — no done marks, no energy cost, no location, no checklists. Access can be withdrawn. Free for everyone.

"STUCK?"

A visible button on the home screen that opens a list of difficulties rather than a list of features: I can't start, my head is too full, the day fell apart, I can't stop, everything collides. Eight of them, named the way people name them.

LOW PRESSURE

The day as a plain list. No ring, no countdowns, no prompts, nothing asked of you. The app stops choosing tasks for you and hides the stale-task nudges. It lives on the device and switches in Settings.

FIXED

• The keyboard no longer lifts the whole screen: a header with Cancel and Save no longer hides under the clock and the battery
• The seventh weekday column is back in both calendars — on some devices Sunday was empty and every date sat under the wrong heading
• Changes made offline no longer duplicate, vanish, or get handed to whoever signed in next
• The wind-down sheet is honest about the clock
• Ticking a step on a repeating event no longer leaves it ticked on every future one
• Answering a medication reminder now clears the pill badge too — no second confirmation

MEDICATION: WHEN IT WORKS

Say how long until it starts working and how long it lasts — those hours get a soft band on the 24-hour dial. The app does not know which medication it is and guesses nothing: this is your own observation, shown back to you.

A DAY TEMPLATE, HANDED OVER

Pass a saved day to a friend: they get a copy of their own with your step names, times and notes. Your later edits do not reach it, and unfriending does not take it back. Any day can be saved as a template, not just today.

THE DAY FELL APART

"Stuck? → The day fell apart" now does more than state how much of today is left: one tap puts the unlived part back into the gaps. Whatever does not fit is named, with the reason. Nothing is ever marked "missed" — you are the one who says the day broke, not the app.

SENSORY LOAD

Tag an event loud, crowded, bright or social. When three of them stack up with no recovery between, the app says so: a day can fit inside its hours and its energy and still be unbearable.

REACTIONS AND WAITING MODE

Reaction on an event somebody shared with you — the set is closed at three, because there is no moderation here. And when ten to ninety minutes stand between you and the next thing, a card names the gap and offers one task.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-08-24

This release is about languages, and about what the app knows about your health.

SPANISH AND FRENCH
The interface now speaks four languages: Ukrainian, English, Spanish, French. The switch is in Settings. The emotion vocabulary stays Ukrainian and English: words for feelings are chosen, not translated, and we did not invent Spanish ones. The website, the terms of use and the privacy policy are in four languages too.

CONSENT FOR HEALTH DATA
The emotion diary, check-ins and medication reminders are health data. The app now asks separately to store them before it saves the first entry, and shows exactly what that covers, where it lives and where it never goes. You can withdraw the consent in Settings: processing stops and nothing is deleted — everything you already wrote stays readable, exportable and erasable by you.

A MEDICATION NAME STAYS INSIDE THE APP
A drug name can reveal a diagnosis, and a notification's text is read by the delivery services it passes through on the way to your phone. The notification now says only that a dose is due, and the app renders the name itself. Want it on your lock screen? Turn it on separately, under Medication.

ANALYTICS IS OFF BY DEFAULT
Nothing is collected until you turn the switch on in Settings. The text beside it says what would be collected if you did.

READABILITY
The OpenDyslexic font is wider than the system one, and on tabs and switches words were being cut off mid-letter. A label now wraps or truncates visibly instead of disappearing under the edge.

ALSO
• Your data export is more complete
• Booking guests see what happens to their name and email before they type them

FIXED
Events shared through a booking link no longer fail to load.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-08-17

Two releases in one: the energy and time work that never shipped, and a rebuilt emotion check-in.

NAME A FEELING IN TWO TAPS
The check-in used to open a wheel of 130 words. Now it opens a square: tap the corner that matches — tense, lifted, heavy or calm — and the wheel turns to exactly those words. Each corner says how many words are behind it, so a small corner reads as small, not as broken. Skip the square and you get the full wheel, as before.

Every word now carries a short plain-language note: what it means, when it usually shows up, how it tends to feel in the body. Written separately for each language rather than translated, because emotional vocabularies do not map one to one.

"I don't know" is now two answers, because they are different: "something is there and I can't name it" and "nothing right now". Both save a complete entry. Neither breaks a streak.

Before the words, the app shows what your calendar saw: three meetings without a break, two spoons left. Facts, never a diagnosis.

ENERGY BUDGET
Give an event or a category a cost in spoons and set a daily budget. A ring in the centre of the dial drains as the hours pass. The morning check warns you when the plan costs more than you have.

TIME YOU CAN SEE
The event you are in drains in real time: the part you have spent dims, what is left stays bright. Focus mode shows it as a shrinking wedge. Nothing to work out in your head.

REMINDERS ANCHORED TO EVENTS
"After the standup → message Olena." It fires when that event actually ends, not at a fixed hour, so moving the event moves the reminder with it. Five minutes before the end you hear what to wrap up and what is next.

WHEN STARTING IS THE HARD PART
"Pick for me" chooses one task from your backlog so you do not spend energy deciding. "Just start" proposes the smallest first step, two minutes long, and starts the timer.

READABILITY AND VOICE
Readability mode widens letter and line spacing and enlarges text, with an optional dyslexia-friendly font. "Read my day" speaks your schedule out loud.

EVIDENCE
A new section in the menu: the research each feature rests on, with links. Where the evidence stops, we say so.

ALSO
• Between midnight and 4am the header says the date has already turned, and offers one tap back to yesterday
• Search the emotion list instead of hunting the wheel
• Finish line: when your plan ends and how much is queued, corrected for your own pace
• Quiet hours now apply to event-anchored reminders too
• Redeem a code on the App Store

FIXED
• New accounts defaulted to the wrong time zone, and accounts created with Google or Apple were three hours off. Both are corrected, and the setting now sits with the other time settings instead of hiding in your profile.
• Completing one occurrence of a repeating event no longer completes the whole series.
• Links under the mood entry were smaller than they looked and often missed the tap.
