Choose the apps that waste the most time, complete exercises like push-ups, squats, or lunges, and earn a limited amount of access. Kairox helps you interrupt mindless scrolling, move more throughout the day, and use social media more intentionally.

Kairox requires an active subscription to access and use the app. There is no free version or permanently free content.

Monthly Subscription

Provides full access to all Kairox features with a recurring monthly subscription.

Yearly Subscription

Provides full access to all Kairox features with a yearly subscription and includes a 3-day free trial.

Select the social media and entertainment apps that distract you most. Kairox uses Apple’s Screen Time and Family Controls features to restrict access to the apps you choose.

MOVE TO UNLOCK

Complete push-ups, squats, or lunges to regain access to selected apps.

Instead of receiving unlimited access, you unlock a specific amount of time before the restriction returns.

CAMERA-BASED REP COUNTING

Use your device’s camera during an active movement session so Kairox can recognize supported exercises and count completed repetitions.

CUSTOM EARNING RULES

Choose your exercise, set the number of required repetitions, and decide how much app access each completed session earns.

BUILD STREAKS AND TRACK PROGRESS

Stay consistent with streaks, milestones, exercise history, unlock history, and progress tracking.

SCREEN TIME INSIGHTS

Review your app usage, completed movement sessions, unlocked time, and long-term progress to better understand your habits.

REMINDERS AND NOTIFICATIONS

Receive exercise reminders, unlock alerts, streak updates, and notifications when your earned access is about to end.

PERSONALIZED APP CONTROLS

Choose which apps are restricted and adjust your movement, access, and notification preferences at any time.

HOW IT WORKS
Choose the apps you want Kairox to restrict.
Select push-ups, squats, or lunges.
Complete the required number of repetitions.
Unlock a set amount of app access.
When the earned time expires, the selected apps are restricted again.

Complete another movement session whenever you want to regain access.

PURCHASE DETAILS

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Yearly subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the full yearly subscription price will be charged automatically.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
