I have been a Kaiser patient for 15 or 20 years in Northern California and the app has always worked perfectly for me for making appointments seeing messages lab results, scheduling and especially keeping track of and re-ordering prescriptions. When I switch to SoCal with a new ID number, completely new plan when I pull up my new plan everything immediately switches back to all my old information doctors I cannot pull up any messages. I cannot see lab results. It has been extremely frustrating. I am very familiar with how to use the app two or three people of tried to help Kaiser tech department, but it switches back to my old account

iPad Pro with IOS 17 latest updates… Touch ID auth on app followed by immediate crash.. no way passed crash… jeez. Developer response shows utter incompetence.. iPadOS 17 is latest version.. no version 18 for this model. Mistakes - 1. no warning in advance like Health Equity did;2. Making update available on incompatible device…

This interface is so confusing. I constantly accidentally exit out of the whole page. Setting up an appointment is such a pain because they’re always booked up and the app doesn’t do a good job in letting you know that. It also takes forever to load sometimes whether I’m on WiFi or not.

I enjoy the app. One suggestion. When navigating to the summary or notes for past visits, it would be nice to have a back button that keeps you at that visit when you’re done. It seems (unless I’m mistaken) that once you access the visit details, it sends you back to the most recent visit. Then, you have to scroll through many visits to get back to the visit you were reviewing. (If you want to look at a visit in a similar timeframe.)

You have to go through multiple loops just to find the appointment phone number as not all appts can be scheduled on the app. Waste of time

Today I tried to access my Kaiser info on my iPad 6 and instead of opening the app it told me to download the latest version of the app. I checked and find there is no update to the app. 
It tells me to access Kaiser via the web page instead of the app.
