nomane으로 QR이 떠서 대출이 안돼요

모바일이용증 메뉴를 눌렀을 때 QR생성이 안 되고 빈 화면에서 1-2초 머무른 뒤 앱이 종료됩니다. 앱을 여러번 삭제하고 다시 깔았는데도 안 됩니다. 확인 및 수정 부탁드립니다. 아이폰16프로 사용 중입니다.

시설물 예약시 예약을 허용하지 않는 이용자 상태라고 뜹니다. 해당 시설물(미디어감상실) 예약 가능 최소 인원이 2명이라 그런 것 같은데, 인원을 늘려 예약할 수 있는 방법이 제공되지 않는 것 같습니다.

Very useful when you don’t carry or lost plastic ID card. Booking system has some flaw but correction covers up quite fast enough to use it often.
