This app just feels different.  I like the audio stories and breathing exercises that are all tailored to quitting vaping. There is lots of information my vaping usage it’s almost overwhelming. You just gotta remember to track your puffs. So far I’m down 5% from a week and a half ago and that’s a good start I feel.
