## What is Kaizen?

Kaizen is a minimalist focus and study companion for people who'd rather just get to work.

FOCUS, ENFORCED
Run Pomodoro-style cycles or a standalone timer. Focus Guard means leaving the app mid-session actually costs you — no silent pausing, no cheating the clock.

EARNED PROGRESS
Tasks can only be checked off after you've actually put focused time into them. Group tasks under goals, watch progress bars fill up, and let finished goals archive themselves — or mark a goal to repeat, so it resets and tracks how many times you've completed it.
