Thanks to whoever created this app, I got shredded, I used to be not be confident but now I got really strong and everything is working out. The usability is super good, very easy to use and understand. Videos are super helpful and the calorie tracker and connectivity to Apple Health is super cool. Thanks!

I have been following my program through the online version and I was so glad that they came up with an app. Absolutely amazing training program. Very customizable and easy to use!
