It doesn’t always send notifications and when it does the app won’t load from clicking on the notification. Since the AWS crash, it has become even worse. Now if I try to move from section to section it gives me an error a lot of the time and crashes and I have to relaunch the app. We also do live sessions on the app and it will just kick random users off the live sessions and has stopped recording the full session. It’s a great concept for an app, but it needs a lot of work. ### 2/5 — Circles Not Working *2025-11-12, version 5.11.2* One particular circle has not been letting me in for almost 2 weeks now. I really rely on this app to communicate with my support and I’m being cut off from it. There have been numerous issues with app and the leader of the group reached out to Kajabi. She was told that the live feed recordings not used in the app is a known problem along with not being supper by Safari on a web browser It is beyond irresponsible for app and web developers to not ensure their products function properly on all platforms in this day and age. And for the explanation that we were given, it seems as if these developers don’t even care. And for context I have been using Kajabi communities for OVER 1 YEAR so I have a lot of experience with it!!! I have paid Kajabi THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS PER YEAR to host my platform and it is an absolute JOKE!! The “Kajabi communities” app is SO buggy that I have literally lost revenue and subscribers over the fact that they HATE this app and the Kajabi developers never bother to update or improve it so I get to sit there, and watch my business get damaged helplessly because it’s completely beyond my own control. I personally resort to using the desktop version 90% of the time to get something workable going, but I mean it’s 2025, and this is clearly not well built and I feel trapped because transitioning to another platform when I’ve already built a large paid community will absolutely result in more loss and hassle. The worst part is I paid to join their “branded app” as well, which is the thing where they will launch your own branded app on the App Store, and that was so pathetic that it made the Kajabi Communities app look like an A+ platform! These products are completely embarrassing and I’m so upset that my customers are constantly frustrated with this “Kajabi communities” app that they cancel their subscription with my own business! Kajabi needs to address this lack of attention to detail for their products because this is completely unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Garbage *2025-10-09, version 5.11.2* Kajabi was decent, back in the day. Now, it’s garbage. Don’t waste your time or money. You’ll just end up regretting it. ### 1/5 — Can’t easily switch between accounts *2025-10-08, version 5.11.2* I love how I can be logged in to all my accounts in the normal Kajabi app but communities isn’t the same - I have to keep logging out and back in to switch to different communities under different emails ### 1/5 — Glitchy, incomplete and invasive *2025-10-03, version 5.11.2* I downloaded this app to use as the Communities function doesn’t work in the regular app (even though there is a tab for it). It shows incomplete information - e.g. you can access a challenge but not see the details of challenge entries. And the last straw was not being able to decline notifications. I don’t need to have the app invade my time throughout the day; if it won’t let me choose how to use it responsibly, then it’s not for me. Being so pushy is bad manners in my book, shame on you, Kajabi! ### 1/5 — Meet up replays don’t work *2025-08-14, version 5.11.2* I’ve had 2 big issues and escalated them both and neither got resolved. I really wished this app worked. It’s frustrating explaining to clients that they need to use their browser instead of the app. ### 1/5 — Meetups on mobile *2025-08-01, version 5.11.2* In June 2025, the recorded meetups stopped being available on mobile. For years the replays, have been available on mobile. Support has been useless and has no explanation why this changed. ### 1/5 — One of the worst apps I’ve used *2025-06-29, version 5.11.2* It takes ages to load, then once it does, be prepared to wait another two minutes to load a feed, then another two to load a comment. Others have described the features, such as gamification and badges which are completely dysfunctional.
