When I pause a course half way and want to go back the next day, I need to start all over again or try to find where I stopped previously. I have checked for it to automatically play and have reinstalled the app multiple times and it still will not play a series of recordings. I spent quite a bit of money for an online course, which is unfortunately hosted on Kajabi, and this is the only way I have to access the course material on mobile. The app has no ability to save your place so you can pick up where you left off, so every time you want to watch course material, you launch the app and it just goes to main menu for the course, with no idea of where you left off. This is such basic functionality, it’s insane the app doesn’t do this. The app constantly buffers and cuts in and out even when I have solid signal. The scrolling UI in full screen is so non-intuitive, the length of the scroll bar changes once you start dragging, which causes you to scroll to the wrong place frequently. This app is just awful, and whoever is responsible has no business developing software. I hope more online education developers take note of how bad Kajabi’s app has become and host their coursework elsewhere so their students can have a better user experience. ### 3/5 — Pas de mode hors ligne !! *2026-07-29* Bonjour, l’appli est sympa mais l’absence de mode hors ligne limite grandement de faire une séance de sport où on veut. It looks queued up and ready to go but the next one never starts. I like to keep them going all night. If I wake I do start the next one manually, but it would be so helpful to have them continue throughout the night without waking and starting the next one. ### 2/5 — Glitchy as heck *2026-07-14, version 4.13.0* I love the community I belong to. I'm actually in a couple different groups and being able to move back and forth has been handy. But the ability to open links, pdfs, access things within the app, or open links from my Home Screen, it's all been TERRIBLE. It's awful. But then it won’t remember where you left off in the video and makes you start it all over. Pointless to use unless you plan to watch an entire segment at once without interruption, bc you can’t go back and pick up where you left off. ### 1/5 — Fraud app *2026-05-14, version 4.10.0* They will hack your account and steal money from you! ### 3/5 — Autoplay never works *2026-05-13, version 4.10.0* It’s nice to have all the courses in one place and I like the ability for sections. The biggest downside is despite my best attempts and troubleshooting the autoplay feature has only worked once. This is really disruptive for me when I am doing a course and I want the autoplay to work. It makes interacting with the course far more difficult than necessary especially when trying to engage with courses on the go when you don’t have free hands to move between sections and click start on each item. ### 1/5 — Landscape mode… *2026-05-05, version 4.10.0* I hate that when my iPad is in landscape mode I can’t adjust the size of the video screen. The courses have a lot of text and links that go with the videos but I can’t see but 1 inch at a time. Bad experiences when using full screen video playback. … and many more issues, all present for years without any fix. ### 3/5 — Video Glitches *2026-04-02, version 4.8.3* I religiously use this app and am a course creator myself, but unfortunately there are so many glitches with this app that I cannot bring myself to pay for Kajabi for my own courses. I like that you can log in to one place and see all your courses from different creators. I’d love it if you could mark and entire course “completed”, because I have one creator that has so many courses I have to scroll through them each time to figure out which ones I’ve watched and which ones I haven’t. The video functionality is the worst part. If I go to a different app and come back, the video is black and only the audio works. Sometimes if I press play from my Bluetooth headset, I can hear multiple versions of the video playing simultaneously, so I can only press “play” from my screen rather than pressing a key on my headset. I also cannot stand that it doesn’t keep my place in a video. The latest release July 2026 broke access to Kajabi communities. The app now crashes both on my iPhone and iPad if I try to access any community. Both devices are running iOS 26.5.2. Other releases have had broken features that worked on android devices. I have a few email addresses ( I’ve bought thousands of dollars worth of classes that have been hosted on your platform under various emails ) and what was so awesome was I could add all of my email accounts for the classes that I’ve bought for different types of courses. Tonight when I logged in to add a new course I bought something is wrong ! I can only be logged in with one email and there’s no way outside of logging out and back in using a different email. To get my courses! Aarrgghh! 😩 What I’ve always loved about Kajabi was I didn’t have to remember multiple emails and passwords! ( I’m old and passwords are a royal Pain in the 🫏! ) I’ve often searched for course creators that use your platform because the ease of popping back and forth between all of my courses!
