9/26/2025: This app would be useful if only it were accurate. It's not. It's also clear that no one involved in its management reads these reviews.

(much older): The bus arrival times are usually off. The app tells you there will be a bus in 15 minutes, yet it arrives much sooner and you miss it. There’s been no improvement in this area over many years.

한 화면에서 비교해서 볼 수 있는 정보값이 너무 줄어들었습니다. 버스별로 차지하는 공간이 너무 넓어요. 그리고 즐겨찾기 한 정류장은 지도부터 뜨느라 데이터 잡아먹고있고 시간은 또 왜이렇게 오래 걸리나요? 되돌려주던가 하다못해 사용자 편의를 위해 지도보기 켜고 끄는 기능이라도 있어야하는거 아닌가요? 너무 불편해요!! 
업데이트를 하려면 효율적이고 사용하기 편한 방향으로 고민을 해주세요. 여기서 모든걸 다 하게해야지! 이런 고민 말고요. 사용자들은 지금 당장 버스 탑승에 필요한 그 정보를 얻으려고 이 앱을 여는거지, 이 앱을 하루종일 들여다보면서 놀고 있으려는게 아닙니다. 카카오 요즘 왜 정체성을 버리고 한군데서 모든걸 해결하고싶어하나요? 버튼 하나 누를때마다 무거워서 버벅대는걸 보고있으면 속이 터집니다.

요즘 자꾸 버스 시간이 안떠요; 근데 막상 버스정류장 가면 버스는 왔고 진짜 업데이트 된 이후로 너무 불편해요;;;;; 어플 덕분에 뒷목 잡는 일이 늘어났습니다👍👍 다른 어플로 갈아타야겠어요

1. 되도 않는 지도, 지하철 통합 카카오맵 쓰면 되지 버스 어플을 왜 씁니까? 버스 정류장 정보만 모아보려는거지 지도랑 지하철을 여기서 왜 봐요. 어플 유저들의 필요성이 뭔지 파악조차 못 하네요. 2. 버스 정류장 첫차/막차 시간 정보 삭제 첫차 막차 시간같이 버스 정류장 정보에서 가장 중요한 정보들이 사라졌습니다. 버스가 지하철보다 더 빨리, 늦게 다닙니다. 그래서 기점과 종점 시간 보고 버스를 가늠해서 타요. 중요한 정보이니 되살려 놓으세요. 3. 정류장 눌렀을 때 지도 로딩 필요없는 정보입니다. 애초에 정류장을 버스 어플에 즐겨찾기 해놓은 사람들이 정류장 위치를 몰라서 버스 어플에 뜨길 바라겠어요...? 어딘지 다 알지? 다들 도착 버스 정보를 빠르게 보는게 제일 중요한데 지도 로딩같은데 데이터와 시간 쓰게 만들지 말라고요. 어플 유저가 이 어플을 왜 쓰는지 제발 생각 좀요. 4. 버스 추가 버튼을 왜 밑에 만듭니까? 버스 추가 버튼을 밑에 놓는 바람에 화면에 들어오는 정보값이 훨씬 줄었어요. 전에는 정류장 3,4개 정보가 한눈에 들어왔다면 지금은 2개도 안 보입니다. 대체 왜 이래요? 5. 버스 정류정별 구분이 잘 안 됨 요새 화장품들 디자인 구분 안 가게 하는거 욕했더니 버스 어플도 똑같은 짓을 하네요. 정류장별로 버스 추가해놓은거 구분 잘 가게 색깔로 분류 좀 잘 해놓길 바랍니다. 6. 집으로 한번에 가기 이게 지금 지도 지하철 합친 것보다 훨씬 유용했습니다. 기존 버스 어플을 잘 썼는데 장점이 다 사라졌습니다. 어플 쓰면서 이런 장문의 리뷰글 처음 써보네요. 그정도로 불편합니다. 업데이트한게 후회되네요. 사람들이 자기 시간 써서 어플에 불편함을 토로하는건 이 어플을 더 쓰고 싶어서 그런 겁니다. 그도 아니면 삭제하고 안 쓰겠죠. 버스 어플 몇 년을 잘 썼는데 진짜 불편해서 뒷목 잡네요.

허구한날 버스타려고 보면 지역 사라져있고, 뭐 한다고 하면서 즐겨찾기 한거 다 날려놓고, 기다려달라는 웃긴 어플.. 그러면서 세월아 네월아 하는데.. 차라리 다른 어플로 갈아타는게 나을 것 같네요.

애초에 목적이 간단하게 버스 정보 확인하는거지 지도 목적이 아닌데 위치정보 수집하고 지도넣고 그래서 데이터도 많이 잡아먹고 로딩하는데 시간걸리고 UI도 복잡해 지고 
단점 투성이내요
카카오 지도를 업댓하세요 버스 건들지말고
