I find I must know the names of the beginning and end stations, then locate them on the map. Once that it done, the app will provide the best route. ### 2/5 — Not particularly accurate *2026-05-08* Either this app doesn't provide accurate schedules, or the metro system just can't keep to a schedule despite decades of operation. I've been in Korea long enough to know. Moved back this year and all the stops are in Korean. Not cool kakao. Please put it back to English friendly. ### 1/5 — Missed opportunity *2023-04-30* I have used this app for quite some time and recently came back to Korea only to find they have made some terrible changes to the English version. The only thing is English is the station name on the map and basic menu options. No longer can you get directions in English nor search in English. What is the point in having English as a language option if it doesn’t work fully? Even with the English version you need to know and understand Korean on a lower to intermediate level.
