## What is Kake Journal?

Kake is a journal-writing app with a minimal design, providing a light-weight experience and easy-to-use functionalities. It is completely free of ads and does not collect any data.

I really like the layout of this app. I haven’t even fully explored all the features yet. But I have had half of an entry disappear and an entire entry disappear. This is totally not okay, and I’m knocking off two stars just for that. I suggest backing up important writing. Hopefully they fix this because it’s otherwise very nice. One thing I like is that you can write multiple entries for the same date. This makes it not only useful as a diary/journal, but you can use it for other works and it saves the date that you started working on it, which is perfect for my poetry writing.

已经用了小一年了，挺喜欢的，这里也有个小建议，就是关于日记板块，能否参考一下微信的状态那种形式，不是说一样，是想能够更直观的知道那一天写了东西，每次想看点什么又记不住日期，一个一个月翻回去有点麻烦哩

所以在这里建议一下，麻烦更新一下文字自定义功能，不太好用。就是可以框选部分的文字进行自定义编辑，而不是所有。加粗、画线、变色、大小，还有背景颜色画线这类功能。更新了我请你喝咖啡。

- [Edit] page added "Done/Cancel" buttons. The old version used left and right swipe gestures or keyboard buttons to operate Done or Cancel. Now you can have them always displayed on the left and right of the title, and you can turn the switch on in [Settings] - [Appearance] (default is off).
