The most difficult puzzles are not very challenging. The scoring system seems arbitrary. The unique number entry wheel works well once you are acclimated to it. The Primo Kakuro app has somewhat better puzzles in clearly differentiated difficulty levels but they are a no longer releasing new puzzles. Still not as good as paper and pencil puzzles, but close. ### 5/5 — Update? *2017-02-20* Nach wie vor spiele ich wie viele andere auch noch täglich. Leider auch beim wechseln vom Klassik und Master Mode. Das passiert meiner Meinung nur dann wenn man eine fehleingabe gemacht hat. Spiele ich das Daily Kakuro Classic und danach das Master, dann trägt er manchmal das Ergebnis gleich ein mit nem sensationellen Platz. Ich kanns aber nicht mehr spielen. Leider ist es durch geschicktes Aufrufen des Programms immer noch möglich, dass der Score von der Profivariante zur anderen Version gleich übernommen wird. Das verfälscht die Rangliste doch sehr. ### 4/5 — All right *2012-03-01* I like the overall look of the game and I would have to say my biggest complaint about that is clearing the number circle so you can get to a tile right next to the one you are working on. Good gameplay in general, though. 2 things, one is a bug and the other would be a nice option. This is one of the few Kakuros I've seen that doesn't have a calculator built into it somewhere. It would be nice, but the game is fine without it. The bug, however, is much more annoying. Maybe about every 7th game or so after I play the daily classic, I try to start playing the daily master only to find that it thinks it is the classic puzzle and that I've beaten it already. It then gives me the same score I got on the classic. Please fix? ### 4/5 — Fast Perfekt *2012-01-15* Eine sehr schöne Kakuro-Umsetzung. Das Design ist wirklich toll gelungen. Zwei Kritikpunkte hätte ich allerdings: - Selbst wenn eine Partie erfolgreich beendet wurde, fragt einen das Programm bei der Wahl der nächsten Runde, ob man die Partie weiterspielen will. Die Folge: Die Sieganimation wird noch mal gezeigt und es landet ein zweiter identischer Eintrag in der Highscoreliste. - Viele Kakuro-Programme zeigen einem (optional), welche Zahlenkombinationen in der gewählten Reihe/Spalte überhaupt möglich sind. Gerade für Gelegenheitsspieler eine sinnvolle Option, die hier leider völlig fehlt. Sollten diese zwei Mängel noch behoben werden, wären das ganz klar fünf Sterne! ### 4/5 — Ranking bleibt Schwachpunkt *2012-01-14* Der Daily-Modus wird jetzt seinem Namen gerecht, unverständlich nur, wie sich im Ranking Spielstände wiederfinden, die unmöglich zu erreichen sind. Eine Verbesserung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit zumindest für den Master wäre, pro Spiel nur eine Pause einlegen zu können, um die Lösung per Screenshot zu erschweren. Ansonsten ist die Umsetzung des Spiels nach wie vor sehr gelungen. ### 5/5 — Tolle app *2011-11-22* Eine wirklich tolle App. Die Eingabe funktioniert richtig intuitiv, va. Im Vergleich zu sudoku-Apps. Die kleinen Animationen stören mich nicht, sondern lockern die Sterilität. Verbesserungsvorschläge: - obwohl man manipulierte Ergebnisse leicht erkennt, sollte man das "Daily kakuro" nur einmal spielen dürfen. - Beim offline-Spiel sollte mir das Spiel bitte gleich den Platz in der internen Rangliste anzeigen und nicht ständig den 1.Platz. - bitte die maximal erreichbare Punktzahl einblenden. Macht das ganze transparenter. - Varianten? Geht das? Höhere zahlen gehen beim sudoku, beim kakuro ändert das jede bisherige lösungsstrategie. Andere Varianten fallen mir jetzt auch nicht ein.
