If I want to make multiple bookings I have to input my card details each time. Pull down menu is “shakey” I took two visits to speak to eiger to please staff limited in their efforts by the tools provided. I appreciate this time of year is very busy, however this is not the first time Ive dealt with this. So these “failings” that I see havent been sorted. Four days later . It appears after 3 emails that I now am a paying member. Concerned paying member. Very frustrating! The app cannot support the footfall. The app doesn’t like that. Once a leisure centre has been chosen you are locked into that venue. Type in card details every time you need to pay. Just abysmal to be honest. Almost put me off even bothering to use the gym! It never retains payment details which means typing out card details every time... It badly needs Apple Pay or a way to retain details. All the staff were friendly & helpful, special shout out to the lovely Lady that showed us around. Booking classes was easy on the app I am buzzing to try the two classes I have book for tomorrow. 10/10 ### 5/5 — Just back to it *2022-07-20, version 5.94* After new knee operation back into exercise starting with Aquafit, the instructor was brilliant and considerate to my needs. The staff at the centre (Spen Valley) are excellent and very customer friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ### 4/5 — Payments *2022-09-07, version 5.112* Good app, except for the payment section where you have to input details each time ### 3/5 — Decent App - Please add KAL Card to scan *2024-06-25, version 107.77* The App is quite good and works well, a suggestion for a major improvement would be to add the option for the KAL member card or flexi card to be in the App to scan on entry. Appreciate this could be scammer dependent but it would save time for users and staff when members have forgotten a card. Plus the App should recognise if you are a current member prior to the respective centre homepages as currently it tells everyone about the membership offers, not great if you are already a member. ### 3/5 — Login *2023-07-16, version 106.59* Where do you login I have been searching for ages and can’t find anything. ### 3/5 — When it works it’s great! *2020-01-26, version 3.51* Book all my classes via the app. Usually works fine except for every Sunday night when the classes for Monday are released and it takes up to half an hour to book on! Like that I can look at all time tables in one place.
