As a beginner I have found the learning environment warm, inviting, patient and kind. Adam is an excellent teacher and his depth of knowledge, expertise and encouragement makes the learning immersive. The lessons are well paced, professionally filmed, detailed and informative. You are not just learning a posture but how it connects in the body and how important repetition is to the muscle memory. It does align mind, body, spirit and I have a better sense of wellbeing overall. As someone who dove headfirst into martial arts in the past year this was an opportunity that I did not think I’d have available unless it was through more traditional means. With the accessibility through this app it is as close as you can get to training in person.
