Absolute crap, had problems at work because the app won't register what i do on this most of the time..

New customer, and I can see there needs to be major work on this app. First, 50/50 that when I open the app it spins and spins until it finally asks me to relogin - I shouldn’t need to login this frequently. Second, the screen is not optimized for the iPhone 14+ camera cutouts… some text and menus are behind the camera. Third, all of the buttons are way to small - it’s basically a not very optimized mobile webpage being pulled into the app.

Same issue as others. Completely white screen and can’t use any of the features. Expensive service not to have a mobile feature.

It is really slow app .

I can open the app, sign on, and that is it. It shows a blank white screen. The menu shows in the upper left hand corner, but you can't open it. Needs work.

I tried entering the connection string provided by my employer and I can not get past it even, whether it’s on iPhone or android. I accept the privacy policy and can’t move on when I click next in either the android or iPhone app.
