I made a mistake when signing up for the very first time for this app! I clicked on learning English, instead of French. I have created a few other accounts on this app and tried to put my learning language from English to French, but the app won’t let me. Developers, please help me! I am learning French, not English. It’s is exactly what I need, to improve the studies of a new language. I just see something missing. I would really appreciate, when I organize my words alphabetically, to have the possibility to see all words like in a real dictionary. I mean with the letters « ABCDEF » in between the words related to the capital letter. Also it might be easier to access to the words I have already entered. In order to accept a new word, you have to assign it a category. But the select category button doesn’t give you a list of categories, nor does the “new category” button do anything. I hate writing a review instead of consulting tech support, but the app support button just cycles you back to log in. **Developer response:** Crouchedastospring, We have never received feedback like this before, and we would really appreciate it if you contacted us directly. Honestly, we do not understand the issues you are experiencing, as we have thousands of active users. If you are using a VPN, please stop using it and try again. After trying it out and making a few words, I decided I liked it and would use it. When I went to make an account so that my words wouldn’t get lost, in the transition from being a guest account to a real account, all my words got lost and I was put back to zero again.
