It is the 24th today and the order is nit even in transit right now. DO NOT ORDER FROM KALKI!!! ### 1/5 — The app isn’t opening *2024-08-30* While opening the it’s just showing the app logo and nothing else. This is being happening since a week. It’s frustrating! ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY FROM KALKI *2024-05-29* Kindly read some of the online reviews available. Not on their website ofcourse they would fake it. I had a very bad experience and saw others had similar experiences. I brought a dress from Kalki that came in a used condition that I did not even bother to try on and returned it as it is. They have a small returning window period. After 2 months thank god when I was checking for refund, I noticed they haven’t refunded me or sent any email regarding refund. After several email or call, they started claiming that I had returned the item in used condition. After that they are just putting me in circles and not responding at all! They made a false claim After reading reviews on different websites, there were so many who have gone through the same FRAUD. They have kept the item and also amount! Their quality is poor. They sell it from local vendors ### 1/5 — return *2024-04-24* terrible customer service, you have to tell the same thing again and again, then only they be able to proceed, extremely laid-back ### 1/5 — They delay there refund *2024-04-08, version 7.1.6* There service is really bad .it’s been a long time after returning the product more than 10 days but still I didn’t get my refund.even the color of product shown in picture and the received product Color was different. After complaining so many times they still didn’t took any action. The service is really worse. ### 1/5 — Delayed Delivery Bad sizing *2023-12-18* They said it would take a month to deliver, then when it was supposed to be delivered they said they changed the date. Then when the date came and I followed up they said they hadn’t shipped it. On top of that when it came the sizing was way too small, two sizes too small. It was a waste of time and money and such a big hassle. It really ruined my wedding experience. ### 1/5 — Very disappointing *2023-12-15* One of the worst after sale services I have ever seen. I purchased an expensive saree and they confirmed that they will polish and give me the saree in a week’s time. After 1 week they informed that my saree is missing at their end. It has now been more than 2 weeks and it is still nowhere to be found. Pathetic service. I wish i could give lesser star than 1. She was so rude when we asked her to reschedule the video appointment. The person infact forced me to cancel my order ### 1/5 — Save your money *2021-07-31* Don’t bother wasting your money there, the items don’t match the product they send you, customer service is terrible, takes days to get back to you and when you ask to have the item replaced they want to charge you an extra $100 !! Biggest scam ever. Plenty of online reviews, we should have read them before wasting our hard earned money with them. The sari did not get shipped even till Friday. All this while their customer service team will keep making false promises of delivery. Eventually the order was cancelled at my request. So I raised a request but the support team is not helpful at all and refused to help. They have such an expensive collection but no return or even an exchange policy. Next day some dumb lady texted me saying that the saree has some issue and can’t be shipped so I told her just send me another piece she is like it’s just one in stock. The amazing thing is as I checked on their website they doubled the price of same saree due to increase demand. Then this lady is giving me a lame excuse that I will have to wait for 25 days if I want same product can you imagine ? How irresponsible is that ? And they are selling same saree at twice the price and asking me to wait for 25 days or cancel the order. Such fraud businesses should never be trusted. I am never gonna place any order from them again. Such a waste of time. ### 1/5 — Do not order *2024-12-06* They take your order when they do not have stock of the product. Then when they are unable to deliver they ask you to come to their physical store to pick an item. The order was supposed to be delivered today,but there is no sign of the order and no human being to talk to on the phone. Pathetic experience.
