Also hate the fact that they don't tell you what the monthly cost per line is, they give you a detailed summary of each call and cost but don't include the fixed monthly price for each line. ### 1/5 — Non- Responsive *2025-03-31, version 1.47* Non- Responsive to any action. Kall8 user for years, didn’t know they even had an app yet. Some issues with it. It’s very slow to load anything. And some buttons or menus don’t respond everytime you click on them. I clicked on Voice Mails / Faxes and sometimes it doesn’t go to that page, then when it does, nothing loads except the spinning gear/wheel forever, even though I put a test call into the system. And a suggestion, please change the navigation!! The welcome screen loads instructions/descriptions (sort of) every-time, it looks like menu options, but you have to click on the pancake stack to get to the real menu. It psyches you out lol. Messages send partially. Overall needs a lot of work.
