 For those who need to be always available, Kalliope has designed the KCTI mobile app for iOS® systems. Telephone and UC services can also be accessed outside the office, using the extension number and using company lines.

The Mobile App offers the freedom to choose how to manage your calls based on the availability of data traffic:
• Call-Back mode: the mobile app allows you to manage incoming and outgoing calls
through the user's SIM, then in GSM mode, using the company lines attested to KalliopePBX®. The call will have the same quality as a normal mobile phone call without any cost on the mobile phone contract and will be masked by the company's geographical number.
• Softphone mode: the user uses the smartphone like an extension. KalliopeCTI Mobile will allow the smartphone to register directly on KalliopePBX® like any IP client.

The softphone mode therefore offers:

• Integrated SIP Client

• Integrated native libraries to ensure softphone reachability even when the terminal is in standby.

• Call notification with app turned off or in stand-by mode

• Management of VoIP calls in native way

* A KCTI Pro license is required to use the GSM ™ mode only. For the use of both modes, GSM ™ and Softphone, a KCTI Phone license is required instead

E non viene più aggiornata. La nuova app.    non è compatibile con il centralino aziendale. Come si risolve?

Quando non viene usata l’app l’unico modo per zittirla è fare logout. Non si zitta nemmeno a disabilitare le notifiche. E tutte le volte invece che deve essere usata bisogna reinserire tutti i campi per fare login. Scomodo da morire, mi tocca farlo ogni santo giorno. Non potete rimediare facendo funzionare il “disabilita notifiche” ? Oppure inserendo un tasto che mette in pausa l’app senza
tutte le volte dover fare logout. Grazie

L’applicazione va in crash appena effettuo l’accesso all’account, test effettuato su più dispositivi con lo stesso risultato (iPhone 11 Pro e 14 Pro con l’ultima versione iOS).

L’applicazione funziona abbastanza bene col pbx Kalliope. È necessario che l’impostazione del mic boost venga salvata. Con gli iPhone in dotazione aziendale è necessario impostarlo a 5x per rendere la conversazione agibile. Il problema è che il parametro si azzera ad ogni chiamata, rendendo molto scomodo l’utilizzo.

L’applicazione pur essendo per iPhone non è compatibile per il trasferimento di chiamata sul Centralino Kalliope veramente inutile che la situazione in cui siamo. iPhone IOS15.01 Non sostituisce in alcun modo la postazione fissa
La app non interagisce con iPhone SE si prova a trasferire la chiamata a un altro interno non funziona
