Kalm Health is a free companion app for tracking your wellness journey. Log daily moods, record pre-session intentions and post-session reflections, and monitor your progress over time. Everything in this app is completely free with no subscriptions and no in-app purchases. This app does not sell, offer, or provide access to any paid digital content or services.
