### 1.1 — 2026-07-27

A Kalvo Pro subscription is now required to log meals. Kalvo Pro now comes as a monthly or annual plan, with a 3-day free trial on annual. Existing annual subscribers move to the new lower price at their next renewal.

Setting up Kalvo is new. It shows you what the app does and how it handles your data before asking anything, then builds a plan around your goal, your pace and your timeline — with a weight curve you can watch move as you change the pace.

Choose metric, US imperial or UK imperial — including stone and pounds — right at the start, instead of hunting for it in Settings.

Connect Apple Health during setup and your weight is filled in for you.

Fixed: goal dates were worked out from the pace you asked for rather than the one your plan actually sets, so they were optimistic. They are now accurate, and they include the year.
