I couldn’t get the OTP and called the call centre. I was asked for money to receive the OTP and verify the app. It was just a scam to take personal details and extract money. Disgusting app and ridiculous customer service. No other app asks for money like Shaadi or Jeevansaathi to create free profiles. Shame on you guys for being so pathetic. ### 1/5 — Worst matrimony *2021-02-22* This is my personal experience Actually we are not interested in this kalyan matrimony they cheated us and made us to take membership with rs 3995 and fro the next day if you call them there will be response and most of the profiles in this matrimony are not geniune some are already got engaged and they won’t check it. And finally we asked for refund it took 15 days to refund and we asked total refund but they only refunded the amount of 2000 we lost 1995 to them be carefull before going to this matrimony and my suggestion is not to choose this matrimony WORST WORST WORST MATRIMONY ### 1/5 — Full of bugs *2020-09-05* Pathetic application.
