## What is Kamer?

Kamer is a fully offline app that recognizes a recited verse of the Holy Quran by listening, and takes you straight to the relevant surah and ayah.

HOW IT WORKS
• Tap the microphone and recite a verse — or play one out loud.
• Kamer processes the audio on your device; it recognizes the verse and instantly shows the surah name, ayah number, and translation.
• No internet needed — all recognition and texts are stored on your device.

FEATURES
• Voice verse recognition: Listens to a recited verse and finds it.
• Search: Search by verse or translation text.
• Mushaf view: Read surahs in the traditional Mushaf layout with ayah medallions.
• Translation: Read each ayah together with its meaning.
• Verse of the Day widget: A comforting, motivating verse on your home and lock screen every day.
• Fully offline and private: Audio is never sent to a server; no personal data is collected.
• No account or sign-in, no ads, free.
