I have to frequently log in and reset my password to access the app.    When I try to enter a new password it says I can’t use the same password as the one I currently have even though it won’t let me log in with that password

Consistent issues joining WiFi 2g network. It took 8 weeks to be able to join network after a required update to the application. The Bluetooth feature does not work as an alternative to WiFi. CoralVue & Kamoer Support teams SUCK! X2SR’s are not currently being distributed and out of stock at all the big box stores. I wonder why? When working, it takes three hours to do a 55 gallon water change. It is nice being able to walk away and do other things, but three hours is a bit excessive.

I can rarely see the “Plan” for my dosing pump. Editing anything proves to be near impossible. When spending good money on products, the apps for them should actually work. At this point I’m ready to fix it with a sledge hammer and buy something else that I can actually program.

Leider ist die App das komplette Gegenteil zum Gerät… Zeitplan erstellen geht bei einem Gerät beim anderen gar nicht mehr.. wo bekomme ich Hilfe ? Falsche Paketlänge ist als Fehlermeldung für keinen zu deuten…

X4 Pro, nothing but issues trying to connect this to wifi and to unit/app.
I had it connected for two years then it disconnects then I can’t connect then I’ll reinstall everything still now can’t connect to doser, not sure if it’s the app the dozer??

Die App ist einfach schlecht. Ständige Abstürze, leere Anzeigen, nicht erfolgte Benachrichtigungen.
Habe die DP seit 2 Jahren und die app wird einfach nicht besser. Es kommen hin und wieder Updates, an den Fehlern wird aber nichts gemacht.
Werde die DP demnächst wechseln wegen der App.
