This is just a f”@&£?g nightmare, never easy to set anything whatsoever on this app, I don’t get it. Especially not the WiFi network if there are any changes there. Don’t even get me started on that. Takes hours or days at a time just to connect. Too bad I can’t leave -5 stars

For the amount of money I spent on a D-D pump I expected better considering the pump cannot be controlled without an app.
Difficult to add device, difficult to control, difficult to make changes, difficult (impossible) to change WiFi network, difficult to reset. Awful.

Nutzlose App, die nur Probleme bereitet. Die Verknüpfung mit meiner D-D Dosierpumpe war schon ein Kampf, doch mittlerweile klappt die Anmeldung auch nur noch nach mehrmaliger Passworteingabe. Hätte ich gewusst, dass man für eine so teure Dosierpumpe eine so schäbige App nutzen muss, hätte ich mir lieber was anderes gekauft.

Don’t listen to the other reviews about it working great. Wifi connection does not work, I can’t even sign into my account because it says “Network is unstable”. I can only use Bluetooth for my dosing pump and I have to scan the QR every time. Save yourself the time and headache and get a more reliable pump

Hallo, ich habe die Dosierpumpe D-D H2Ocean P4 Pro die Baugleich mit der von Kamoer ist. Die Pumpe ist von der Qualität und Genauigkeit super. Aber die Verbindung mit der App ist eine Vollkatastrophe die Anleitung führt immer in Leere. Die Verbindung ist extrem kompliziert gestaltet.
Die Anleitung zur Umstellung auf einen Router kann nicht runtergeladen werden. Nach ca 30 Versuchen und ca 4 Stunden hat es endlich Funktioniert. Herzlichen Glückwunsch zur schlechtesten App ever.
Bitte an der Deutschen Übersetzung Arbeiten.

Since the last update I have been unable to access my X4 Pro properly: the "Plan" screen is blank; the "Manual" screen is blank, the "Sensors" screen doesn't she the thermometer; the time sync is stuck in 2018... basically, the app is useless. Even with a factory reset I can't successfully access the device.

What a piece of trash. App has never worked right, and recent changes make it even worse. The device has no manual setting so the only way to change anything is through the crappy app. Avoid this product.

Consistent issues joining WiFi 2g network. It took 8 weeks to be able to join network after a required update to the application. The Bluetooth feature does not work as an alternative to WiFi. CoralVue & Kamoer Support teams SUCK! X2SR’s are not currently being distributed and out of stock at all the big box stores. I wonder why? When working, it takes three hours to do a 55 gallon water change. It is nice being able to walk away and do other things, but three hours is a bit excessive.

I can rarely see the “Plan” for my dosing pump. Editing anything proves to be near impossible. When spending good money on products, the apps for them should actually work. At this point I’m ready to fix it with a sledge hammer and buy something else that I can actually program.

Habe die DP seit 2 Jahren und die app wird einfach nicht besser. Es kommen hin und wieder Updates, an den Fehlern wird aber nichts gemacht.
Werde die DP demnächst wechseln wegen der App.

This app is extremely buggy. Constantly loses connection with wi-fi. Constantly loses your password requiring a difficult reset process. The pump hardware is good, but what good is a pump if the software controlling it is absolute garbage?

I find it odd that so many people have issues, my app has been rock solid. Use a variety of pumps as well. My WiFi is also 2.4/5 which is what seems to cause most people’s problems.

Bought this pump but then saw the terrible app reviews when I went to download the app and thought “oh this could be a problem“.

But the app found and configured the device for Wi-Fi quickly and perfectly the first time, and all the device controls are clear-cut and work well after about a week of testing.

So for anyone else who just bought this pump, I think you’ll be OK.
