Since all RMs across platforms are similar, I won’t comment further about him here. Previously, I was trading with Exness, where the spread charge for gold was consistently 16, without any swap charges. Kanak Capital offered me a spread charge of 10 for gold, also without swap charges, and a gold coin for every $2,500 deposit. Based on this offer, I started trading with Kanak Capital on December 6 with a portfolio of $6,500, expecting to receive two gold coins. However, to this day, I have neither received the gold coins nor the constant spread charge of 10. The spread charges often exceed 20. Last week, I emailed Kanak Capital about my concerns. After that, I received a call from Kanak Capital, who listened to my issues and assured me he would resolve them the next day. When I didn’t hear back from him, I called him, and he said, “I was about to call you.” He then requested more time to resolve the issue and promised to call back within a day. Again, I didn’t receive any call, so I contacted him again. He repeated the same line and later stated that while they could provide the constant spread charge of 10, they would now charge a swap fee—which was not part of their original offer. I told him to at least fulfill the promise of the gold coins and shared my location via WhatsApp, but he hasn’t replied to me yet. They lure traders by offering enticing benefits to join their platform, but ultimately, they fail to deliver on their promises and betray their customers’ trust. As the RM doesn’t know how to give trade ### 1/5 — Fraud company and fraud sales and agents *2024-11-16, version 6.5* The sales guys will get behind u even if u ignore and clearly tell them that u r not interested. They will torture u so bad by calling and messaging and if u block then they will use another numbers to get behind u. Before investment they will promise all good things like 20% minimum returns every month n all but once u pay them u r trapped. U will plan to start with minimum 3k usd but they will pressurize u to add more money to maintain the liquidity and then u will end up with 5k or 10k and finally one day ur hard earned money will be gone. Ur money will be liquidated and they will not even bother and will ask u to add more money to recover earlier gone money. Dont trust them, my account was handled by their most experienced agent and complete control was with kanak and still they lost all my money. While adding when I raised concerns and asked them abt other negative reviews they said it’s customer who did not put stop loss but infact even if they handle ur account , they don’t put stop loss and u will loose all ur money. ### 1/5 — Stay away from Kanak capital scam- Don’t waste you hard work money *2024-11-06, version 6.4* Recent victim of the scam in UAE trading market. Please don't trust them they will call you so many times to deposit in their kanak capital account, if you don't have enough money they will pressure you to swipe from your credit card. Within 3 days I lost AED 19,110/- ($5,000). I invested $5,000 in 4th Nov 2024 and 6th Nov 2024 money got vanished from my account reason they given market not in good condition/liquidation issues. After that again they asked more $ dollars to deposit. Don't waste your hard work money. You will not get any single Dirhams / dollars from their side. Despite your sales team's claim of a 30% stop-loss, the RM took trades without setting a stop-loss and opened excessive positions without considering my account capacity. He also repeatedly pressured me to add more funds. After my account was liquidated, no one responded to my calls or messages, and now my calls and WhatsApp are blocked. RM advised me to trade in some instruments and during early morning my account got negative and got vanished. They are saying some liquidation story and asking me to invest again. I am totally disappointed ,sales team they are very irresponsible.
