So disappointed. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling. 😤 ### 1/5 — Frozen *2021-07-11* Does not get off the welcome screen. Have tried for three days and it just sits in the picture of the lake with the logo. Doesn’t say it needs to update. Have had to talk to admin everyday to log in to see pics and write bunk notes. Needs a lot of work!! ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-07-29* I’m a long time Kanakuk Alumni and my son is at his first term. I’m not sure how new this app is but this is an extremely aggravating experience. I have had to cal multiple times just to get the Bunk1 (which I never had in the first place) linked with the Kanakuk app. Now that it’s linked, the photos don’t even work on the app. The photos website doesn’t work at all. Can’t even load on any web browser I have tried. No trouble shooting efforts have been able to fix this. I don’t blame Kanakuk for this. However, this is such a terrible experience and it’s giving me anxiety about how out of date everything else out Kamp might be….. ### 1/5 — Love the Kamp but the app keeps failing *2024-07-21* I have so much trouble with the app crashing. I have deleted and reinstalled and it still regularly crashes. I have two campers. After days of trying to send them emails, I finally figured out that I had to select the second camper first to send messages. Painful.
