Why is this happening? ### 3/5 — Many Issues *2026-05-19, version 3.0.16* I have used this application for years and I very much like the app and it's concept. For a year or so now the app has been having many issues saving changes and it has become very annoying having to repeat deletions and additions of tasks. I have the annual membership, which gives me all functionality and unlimited boards and tasks. Other - although the app allows you to have colorful task cards, it is very rigid when it comes to fonts; it offers no possibility of change to bold or colors. ### 2/5 — Used to be my favorite app *2025-11-03, version 3.0.16* This used to be my favorite app, I even decided to pay for it, but in the last year or so, things have been disappearing off my lists, or complete lists have disappeared. Seit eines großen Updates von circa einem Jahr reissen die Probleme nicht ab. Leider funktioniert die Synchronisation mittlerweile überhaupt nicht mehr: gelöschte oder abgeschlossene Aufgaben werden beim synchronisieren immer wieder neu geladen und man bekommt sie nicht weg. Ein Einloggen über das Web ist auch nicht mehr möglich. Die App ist damit unbrauchbar. Der Support ist nicht mehr existent: trotz unzähliger Anfragen wird nie geantwortet. Das ohnehin nicht gerade günstige Abo werde ich daher nicht weiterführen. ### 1/5 — Постоянно пропадают изменения *2025-08-04* Постоянно пропадают совершенные изменения. After 3 weeks the message I sent them is ‘ unread’. Not recommended. ### 1/5 — Poorly Managed *2025-04-17, version 3.0.14* The app started having issues, showing older data on my most used board, so I updated the app. I became logged out of my account and because it was signed up with my apple account I couldn’t sign back in to my premium account. Contacted help to get access and still no reply after one week. I was relying on this app to track all my work tasks and this issue caused me to miss a deadline. Still waiting to be contacted ### 3/5 — Recent version ruined the functionality *2025-03-14, version 3.0.14* I have been using this app for years. Unfortunately the new version is full of glitches ( tasks disappearing , reappearing etc) In spite of my repeated emails, there is no progress with fixing those. It’s as bad as ever! In the past I used to have prompt replies and effective actions. Seems that the owner has changed and things are getting a bit slack. It’s disappearing constantly. Also after deleting and reinstalling it now keeps me in trial mode and when try to go premium even with the monthly and it’s processed it tells me I have a subscription until 2025 but does not sync and keeps me on free mode. After the most recent update, it still does not see me as a premium member. It keeps me in the limited “free” mode. Now I've been charged AGAIN and it still says I'm on the FREE version!!! Customer service don't seem to care or respond any more at all so I can't recommend to anyone that you you use this app any more. A couple of years ago it was given a new look which ruined it. The layout became poor, and cards difficult to move, they would keep bouncing back from, or overshooting their target. It might have been a change in ownership of the app. I did give feedback at the time. I am now four months in to a year’s subscription and I’ve found that any changes I have made are not being saved. No response to my request for help. Construo minhas tarefas maiores em cartões com até três etapas (coloco as etapas nos cartões ), o mesmo fiz com as colunas , o que faz coincidir etapas de deslocamento assim aproveito um momento de deslocamento para cumprir muitas tarefas. It’s sensational. Simple, intuitive, let you create unlimited lists and activate your creativity: you create lists of whatever you want! I’d tried all the applications of the genre that you can imagine, even the most “sophisticated” ones. I say that there is no other to give more freedom than Kanbana. Easy to create a list, place cores, drag cards, etc. The price for paid version is very fair, and includes many features. It is also suitable for use on multiplatforms.
