Kandilo keeps the lamp burning. It is a quiet, respectful daily companion for Orthodox Christian life: what to fast today, which feast the Church keeps, the saints commemorated, and your own rule of prayer. One calm place, following your tradition, in your language.

YOUR TRADITION, NOT A GENERIC ONE
Kandilo follows the calendar you actually keep. Choose from 15 traditions across both the New (Revised Julian) and Old (Julian) calendars: Constantinople, Antioch, Jerusalem, Mount Athos, the Russian Church and ROCOR, Serbian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Georgian, Polish, Finnish, the OCA, and the Ukrainian churches. Fasting rules and feast dates follow the tradition you pick.

IN YOUR LANGUAGE
The app, the prayers, and the saints' names are translated into ten languages: English, Serbian (Cyrillic and Latin), Russian, Romanian, Greek, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Polish, Finnish, and Georgian. Lives of the saints are written in Serbian, Russian and Romanian, with more languages on the way.
