We have fixed the crashing from Jan 5th. Please let us know if you continue to experience problems. ### 1/5 — App does not work right on iPhone 13 Pro Max *2025-01-06* It repetitively notifies me that it is not in the right format and I can’t look at roads due to the notification continuously popping up over and over again. **Developer response:** Thank you for reporting this issue! We have fixed the problem and you should not be seeing that message now. ### 1/5 — Hundreds of texts and emails *2024-04-07* Because of a highway closure? Why? Why did your programmers think it was necesssry to send messages every few minutes about the same road closure? All day long. Minute after minute. Messages and more messages with the exact same content that was delivered minutes before in the hundreds of previous messages about a single event. Garbage. **Developer response:** Hi! Thank you! ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2022-10-22* Can’t log on. I have an account yet the app tells be the email/PW combo is wrong. When the app lets me “successfully” reset my PW, which isn’t often, the new PW/email remains incorrect. Deleting and re-installing doesn’t help. It simply doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — No app support and buggy. *2022-10-19, version 3.0* Clicking the “App Support” option in the App Store just takes you to a webpage detailing how great the app is with NO option to contact anyone and report a bug and inability to sign up. Attempting to register fails with a bizarre error that unfortunately I can’t include as a screenshot. Attempting to reset the password results in an email with a link to the KanDrive website with no option to reset the password. Really?!? ### 2/5 — Very Buggy *2025-01-07* This app seems to be full of bugs. **Developer response:** We are sorry for the poor experience this week! We have fixed the crashing from earlier this week. Please let us know if you continue to experience problems. ### 3/5 — Love app *2024-07-07* Love the app but half the time the cameras aren’t working. Don’t understand why they would be off so often. **Developer response:** Hi! We are sorry for the traffic camera troubles. Traffic camera images are not currently available from the KC area. Efforts to restore services are underway, a timeline is not available. ### 3/5 — Cameras won’t play *2024-02-11* Used to be an excellent app, now for some reason when I select a camera to play nothing happens. 🫤 **Developer response:** Hi - Camera streams are back! Again, thank you for notifying us of the issue! ### 4/5 — Occasional Use *2024-10-05* Love our K-Tags for local driving when streets are crowded with cars. Allows us to go around the congestion, saving more in fuel than we would have used sitting in traffic. Beware of scammers sending fake bills asking for small payments or you’ll get a fine to pay. I have been hoping for an app that contained the content of the KanDrive website in an easy to use and intuitive interface.
