I always used to focus on strength in martial arts, but that was not enough, I didn’t have defense; I couldn’t see where the punches are coming; my face was being a mess. However, strength is the most perfect tool for your body, but without defense, its useless regardless how much your strength is, thats why KBA (Kanes Boxing Academy) is the perfect and most amazing academy you can choose in Abu Dhabi right now, in this time of year. It teaches your mind how to be determined of something you want, it teaches you if that doesn’t work, you quickly go to the next defense and other essential skills. By far, the best boxing academy I have ever tried in my life.

And it doesn’t matter if your weak or not, your life will be organized and it will change.Sad, depressed, anxious, don’t worry you will lose and comeback up again. You just need to believe in yourself, and KBA is here to help and organize it with you. It will be ur second home for sure.☺️😊
