Reservation chère pour rien. Laisse les conducteurs ne pas mettre d’immatriculation!!!!!!!

Les frais de réservations nous permettent d'offrir un service à la clientèle téléphonique 7 jours sur 7, 365 jours par année. Si vous voyagez fréquemment vous pouvez économiser en achetant un forfait de crédits de réservation. Il est obligatoire de mettre la plaque d'immatriculation complète dans chacune des annonces. Si ce n'était pas le cas pour votre réservation, veuillez nous en informer à travers votre évaluation ou en nous appelant au 1-877-264-4697.

Je trouve ça agaçant que l’on ne puisse annuler que 24h, nous pouvons être contraint le jour même du voyage et cela peut nous empêcher de nous déplacer. Autre chose pourquoi débourser 5-6$ pour réserver ? Pourquoi ne pas inclure cela dans une sorte d’abonnement mensuel ?

Il est possible d'annuler à moins de 24h du départ mais des frais supplémentaires s'appliquent aux conducteurs et passagers qui annulent à l'intérieur de ce délai. Cette politique est nécessaire afin de conserver la fiabilité qui est essentielle au bon fonctionnement de notre service. Si vous avez une situation particulière, n'hésitez pas à contacter notre service à la clientèle au 1-877-264-4697. 

Les frais de réservation permettent aux passagers de payer en fonction de leur utilisation réelle, mais si vous voyagez fréquemment vous pouvez acheter un forfait de crédits de réservation qui vous permettra de faire des économies!

J’ai réservé un trajet Montréal → Toronto via Kangaride.

Première réservation : aucune information essentielle sur le chauffeur n’était disponible (aucune validation visible, aucune information sur le véhicule comme la couleur ou la plaque). Ne me sentant pas en sécurité, j’ai annulé immédiatement pour réserver un autre trajet. Malgré cela, aucun remboursement ne m’a été accordé.

Deuxième réservation : l’expérience a été encore plus problématique. Le chauffeur utilisait son téléphone en conduisant, faisait de nombreux arrêts non prévus, ce qui m’a fait manquer un rendez-vous important.

Au retour, le même chauffeur avait plus d’une heure de retard.

Au final : manque de transparence, problèmes de sécurité et absence de support client efficace. Je recommande fortement aux futurs usagers de vérifier tous les détails avant de réserver.

Ceci dit nous pouvons procéder au remboursement si vous avez annulé immédiatement.
