Had this a couple of weeks now it was ok to start with 
But now the text is upside down 
I have tried reinstalling the app it still hasn’t changed the text to the right way up very annoying 
Can anyone please help

Either the app does not Send any data to the hat or the hat does not receive. It does nothing. A lot of work seems to have gone into the hat and app so it is a disappointing.

Hard time getting it to connect now won’t send text to hat no information on how to get it to work

App loads and links to device. 

Most functions work but if you touch brightness control, brightness drops to 30% and nothing you do will restore brightness. 

Same issue with speed. Touch the speed control and speed slows to minimum. Nothing will restore speed. 

Device now useless :(

Tried this app with new led cap I just bought. When I tried dimming it now won’t come back to full brightness. Can’t access developers app support.

Just got the hat, loving it so far. But the music doesn’t work. Each time I try to get it to go with the music the app crashes. Other than that it’s great.

Every time I try to have it play music, the app tends to crash. Not a big issue or anything, something that just needs to be worked on. I love the hat tho, and it’s fun to use with friends. And considering where I work, would be MUCH easier to announce myself for deliveries with this lol

Didn’t need to scan QR 🤔 Just held button down on charge port that connects to battery (3 sec?) until “POWER ON” scrolled across screen then in apps setup chose a weirdly named device I knew wasn’t anything of mine and then I was good to go. Not sure how to create animated/scrolling “graffiti” yet or even if I can. Super bright so you’ll
Want to turn it down through app which can be a little laggy but after a couple tries it will adjust. Be a little patient because it can take a couple minutes to figure it out. If you follow the steps I just gave and it’s doesn’t do anything you most likely have a defective unit. In my opinion, if you have a defective unit, just contact the seller (amazon, GearBest?) and give them the chance to replace it, ask for free priority or 2 day shipping or whatever option you have and if you don’t have the patience for that, simply ask for a refund! 👌🏼👍🏼 lol

Frustrated at first because I tried to program it while it was still plugged in. This won't work.

Once charged and unplugged though it works great! Super cool hat
