I use a dongle, but then need to manually sign in my children. I like being able to receive pictures and messages though. My income has changed since I have joined and I can’t change it at all. It also doesn’t even give us a chance to catch up on payments before the give other payment on top of that. I do like it I see my child report but I also don’t see notifications when things happen. No matter where I am or on Wi-Fi or not. And the biggest issue is 2) the app barely ever pushes a notification thru. I have to go in and manually refresh. This is a major issue. Yesterday I got a push notification about an email from the teacher that just mentioned her upcoming vacation time… HOURS later I missed her 4:17pm emergency email to come pick up your child due to NJ air quality issue and that they were closing the school. They cannot split payments between co-parents effectively and accurately. The only way to make payments per child is in person with cash, which makes it very difficult to keep track of not only my payments, but the statements and receipts to write off at the end of the year. They claim activities are being done for before/after school program, but the playground is outdated and all activities are indoor. All snacks given have a lot of sugar and are not health conscious. They is rarely a worker at the front desk when I am there. The regional director cares more about the staff than the parents and does not respond to concerns raised by parents efficiently or in a timely manner. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2023-01-26, version 1.13.205* This app is not user friendly, as a parent who is consistently looking for an update. It does not state the time things happened I.e. baby slept from 1 pm to 2 pm, it will just say how many hours ago. The app kicks you off even if you stay logged in on one device. But the app is unstable and constantly kicks me out. I can only view the daily log consistently.
