This company is THAT bad. They have a horrible customer service team who hardly ever responds to anything, and when they do it’s with an attitude and super disrespectful. Also, the app itself doesn’t allow you to update your pet name or any pet information (like date of birth), which seems like the most basic feature that pet owners would need access to. And if you try to reach out to them in every way possible (email, texts, etc.) they either don’t reply or if they somehow do respond it’s always a day later! The current Kanguro team needs a complete overhaul and to let everyone go and start fresh if they want their clients to stay on with their insurance. And even then, if any of you do try to cancel, they will take so long to respond to your cancellation request that they will have to charge you for the month because you requested during the “current pay period”. Why even bother being an insurance company if you can’t even give the money you are owed to the people paying almost $80 just to have their pets insured?
