DRAWING • New stroke scoring: strokes, order, accuracy and shape are graded separately, and the result marks exactly which strokes cost you points. • Undo a single wrong stroke instead of clearing the whole character. • Hint now writes one stroke for you instead of leaving a gap behind. • Guide and Grid sit where your drawing hand is; on iPad the ink controls move beside the canvas. • Guide and No Guide attempts keep separate personal bests, and the score sheet says which record an attempt is headed for. • The first time you write a kanji unaided, your own drawing is played back to you stroke by stroke — and can be shared as a video. DRAW REVIEW • Draw is a writing test now, not a memory test: the character and its meaning stay on screen, and the rating is capped when a guide or hint was used before Check. • The review canvas gets its own Guide, Grid and stroke hint, and the result panel collapses so the drawing stays visible. ACHIEVEMENTS • A trophy case shows all ten tracks at once instead of three at a time. • Achievements are free — no paywall on looking at what you earned. • Three new drawing tracks: Calligrapher, Explorer and Freehand, all earnable to MAX without Premium. • Level-ups are recognised at the end of a session. LEARNING • The help sheet reports where each mode stands in your deck, so it answers which mode to run next. • Quiz shows the answer time behind the rating it gave, and a finished daily limit reads as a goal reached. • Remaining-card counts roll down as you work, and the review queue badge moved into the navigation bar. REMINDERS • If your streak can still be saved, you are told on the one day it is still possible.
