Initially they show a few profiles and then push you to register by paying ₹6000 or more. Once you pay the amount, suddenly you will not see many useful profiles. After that, their team continuously calls and pressures you to take a “Personal Assistant” service which costs around ₹13,000 to ₹20,000. Later they try to sell more paid services again and again. It feels like they are more focused on collecting money rather than genuinely helping people find matches. In my opinion, this is a waste of money. Please don’t blindly believe their promises or marketing calls. Think carefully before paying even a single rupee. This is not acceptable either provide the services which I paid for or refund the amount which I paid for if you are not able to provide the service. And the representative cut the call abruptly when I asked him why the number got changed without me entering the OTP. I feel that the sales process was manipulative, as the salesperson engaged in "mind washing" tactics to pressure me into subscribing. Since becoming a member, I have not received a single profile. Furthermore, the customer support has been entirely unresponsive; I have not received any assistance and my calls have not been returned.
