Sometimes, closing and reopening the app resolves this issue. There are times, such as today (The Soloist), when neither that nor updating the app works. This is incredibly frustrating as points for movies are deducted without ever watching said movie. Please fix this longstanding issue. So if I go out of the app to verify then go back in, it completely re starts me over. There is absolutely no way for me to even make an account. Also forget saving this password, if I use my saved passwords and a tab pulls up to click the saved one, it restarts me.
