Now accessing tickets. “support” for the rewards issue was terrible. Was told only 2 Chiefs support people had access needed. The IT person was totally unhelpful. Very short email replies, with no details on how to fix issue. It appears, to be fully functional, you must be able to log on to Ticketmaster and NFL OnePass. ### 1/5 — Cannot update due to required IOS16 *2024-10-02, version 7.6.1* My iPad mini does not get IOS16. Please fix or go back to the way it was….where it worked! ### 2/5 — Multiple other logins required *2024-08-31* You now have a Chiefs login, Ticketmaster login, and NFL login required to fully access the app. Of all the strange things, your Chiefs login doesn’t seem to log you in to Kingdom rewards.
